11:11 is hiring a full-time Lead Cloud Integrations Engineer to support and guarantee a positive migration experience for its customers. The role plans, provisions, migrates, and optimizes cloud-based customer environments; acts as a technical lead for the Cloud Integration team; resolves migration and integration problems; manages escalations and incidents; collaborates with internal teams and vendors; and delivers customer service. The position requires a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least four years of recent hands-on enterprise VMware administration, extensive VMware management-tool experience, experience with scalable virtualized infrastructure, and at least four years of technical support experience with hands-on troubleshooting.
