The Lead Cloud Platform Engineer at 3Cloud provides technical leadership on client engagements, leads architectural design sessions, coaches peers, manages client expectations, and fosters a collaborative team culture. This role serves as a career advancement path for Sr. Cloud Engineers and Cloud Engineers aiming to lead client engagements from start to finish. Key responsibilities include technical oversight for junior team members, fostering inter-team relationships, delivering technical guidance on various client engagements, possessing extensive knowledge of Azure technologies, implementing infrastructure solutions using IaC tools like Bicep or Terraform, driving billable targets, identifying new security and infrastructure solution opportunities, supporting community leadership, acting as a trusted advisor to customers, leading engagement scaling, preventing escalations, creating reusable artifacts, and contributing to overall business growth.
