Description
Cencora is hiring a full-time Lead Agile Coach to coach Agile teams and leaders, remove impediments, facilitate workshops and training, improve Agile reporting and tooling, partner with delivery stakeholders, communicate adoption progress and risks, and mentor peers. The role may own a complex Agile workstream or technical delivery area and operate with limited guidance. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of experience in Agile coaching, enterprise Agile transformation, technical project management, program management, Scrum Master, Product Manager, or a related field, and experience supporting large-scale enterprise Agile transformations; a master's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, along with relevant Agile certification.
