Description

Baker Hughes is looking for a Lead Coatings Engineer specializing in Thermal Spray & Turbine to join their Compatibility & Coating Solutions Team. This role involves defining internal standards for coating processes, developing innovative coatings and technologies, qualifying external suppliers, and resolving non-conformities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in coating processes, particularly thermal spray and high-temperature applications, along with proven experience in R&D and process industrialization.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Technical expertise on coating processes, particularly on thermal spray and coatings for high temperature application, materials/coatings characterization and testing.

Preferred Qualifications: Excellent communication and written skills in English.
Effective leadership skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with the team and the internal and external customers.
Understanding of the Energy Industry and exhibit the highest standards of ethical conduct and comply with company policies.
