AustralianSuper is hiring a Lead Colleagues & Culture (C&C) Partner to support the Member domain and provide colleague and culture management advice, coaching, and solutions to executives and people leaders. The role will develop C&C plans, contribute to a values-driven culture, advise on people issues, support organisational structure, and project manage continuous-improvement initiatives. It requires strong human-resources experience, preferably in financial services, knowledge of employment legislation and employee relations, stakeholder-management and influencing skills, and the ability to work strategically in a fast-paced environment. Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency is required.
