easyJet is hiring a Lead Commercial Forecasting Manager in Luton for a full-time hybrid role, with 60% of the time spent in the office. The manager will lead monthly forecasts of ticket revenue, ancillary revenue, profit, and load factor across a rolling 18-month horizon, own key commercial assumptions, and support revenue budgeting, commercial planning, and strategic decision-making. The role requires strong forecasting and modelling expertise, analytical leadership, commercial judgement, and the ability to communicate complex analysis to technical and non-technical audiences.
