easyJet is hiring a Lead Commercial Forecasting Manager in Luton for a full-time hybrid role, with 60% of the time spent in the office. The manager will lead monthly forecasts of ticket revenue, ancillary revenue, profit, and load factor across routes and months, own assumptions about capacity, network, economics, and strategic initiatives, and support commercial planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making. The role requires strong commercial forecasting and modelling expertise, analytical leadership, clear communication, and experience improving forecasting methods, tools, automation, data quality, and accuracy.
