TheGuarantors is hiring a Commercial Operations & Analytics Lead to build the operating foundation for its commercial organization. The role partners with Sales, Data, Risk, Pricing, Product, Marketing, and Operations to establish performance management, reporting, planning, pipeline, workflow, and sales-enablement systems; generate actionable commercial insights; and manage analytical, operational, and enablement initiatives. It is a hybrid role based in New York City and requires typically 5+ years of experience in sales or revenue operations, commercial analytics, business operations, or a related function.
