Description
The Commissioning Manager provides overall leadership and direction to PMC and Contractor commissioning teams from FEED through EPC completion, supervising pre-commissioning, mechanical completion, performance tests, CAR/NCR resolution, handover documentation, start-up schedules, budgets, and commissioning activities. The role manages internal and external commissioning teams, coordinates with engineering, construction, maintenance, HSE, procurement, and other project divisions, reviews technical procedures and P&IDs, supports HAZOP and SIL activities, and ensures HSE, permit-to-work, safety, and production targets are met. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent, at least 15 years of Oil & Gas or Petrochemical experience, and at least 5 years of experience managing specialists, senior engineers, and engineers on major projects are required; ADNOC and offshore project experience is preferred.
