HDR is hiring an experienced Lead Commissioning Engineer - Electrical for its Melbourne team to lead electrical commissioning across mission-critical, critical infrastructure, healthcare, and building-services projects. The role covers commissioning planning, testing, documentation, factory and site inspections, functional and integrated systems testing, troubleshooting, stakeholder coordination, reporting, handover, and mentoring. Candidates need Australian citizenship, eligibility for an Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance, and experience delivering electrical commissioning on complex projects; tertiary electrical or building-services engineering qualifications or an electrical trade background with commissioning experience are preferred.
