SharkNinja is hiring a Lead Compensation Analyst to own the end-to-end administration of global compensation programs across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. The role manages compensation cycles, systems configuration, benchmarking, market pricing, pay reporting, equity and incentive compensation, pay equity, cost modeling, and compensation communications, while partnering with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Payroll, Legal, and Finance. Candidates need at least five years of compensation or people analytics experience, with seven years preferred, along with hands-on experience administering compensation systems and benchmarking tools. The position offers an annual salary of $125,000 to $149,500 USD and medical, dental, and vision insurance among other benefits.
