Voyant Beauty is hiring a Lead Compounder to oversee daily compounding operations, including batch production, changeovers, sanitation, validation, documentation, equipment operation, and quality and compliance standards. The role also involves training and mentoring compounders, troubleshooting processes, coordinating trial and special batches, and operating a forklift. Candidates need 4–6 years of chemical or manufacturing compounding experience; a high school diploma is preferred, and prior lead or mentoring experience is also preferred.
