Southend Pharmacy is hiring a Lead Compounding Pharmacist to oversee sterile hazardous compounding operations in a 503A pharmacy. The role leads pharmacy technicians and support staff, plans compounding production, ensures compliance with USP <797> and <800>, manages hazardous-drug inventory and controlled-substance documentation, supports quality and audit readiness, and improves workflows. The position requires a Pharm.D., an active Texas pharmacist license, sterile-compounding certification, and at least three years of sterile pharmacy experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with pay starting at $70 per hour and medical, vision, dental, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
