Salute is hiring a Lead Construction Laborer in Sparks, Nevada to supervise and perform strenuous manual labor on general construction projects. The role includes operating hand and power tools, preparing and cleaning sites, digging trenches, setting braces and concrete forms, erecting scaffolding, removing debris, loading and unloading trucks, and assisting other employees. The position requires physical strength, endurance, coordination, communication, computer, estimating, and technical skills, along with the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, climb ladders, work outdoors in varied weather, and hold a valid driver’s license. The schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 5 a.m., with a 40-hour work week and an hourly rate of $23.50.
