The role coordinates construction execution, scheduling, budgets, resources, risks, change orders, warranties, and job closeout; leads construction managers and project managers; and standardizes field execution methodology. It requires consistent on-site presence, travel to active United States project sites, and the ability to work nights or weekends. The position offers an annual salary of $113,000–$165,000 and requires extensive construction management experience, a driver’s license, and no immigration sponsorship.
