Description
FITS is seeking a Project Manager to lead field construction organizations and oversee capital projects and facility construction. The role includes managing WPO Leads, Construction Managers, Construction Quality Leads, and Assistant Construction Managers; leading field HSE; supporting construction planning and constraint removal; managing contractor performance and productivity; coordinating with project managers to meet milestones; and driving quality, constructability, design inputs, and site logistics. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil or mechanical engineering, or a related field, at least 10 years of experience, capital project and facility construction experience, and bilingual English-Spanish ability; PMP and OSHA 30 membership are preferred. The shift is administrative and varies according to business needs.
