Description
ATC is hiring one full-time Lead Construction Program Manager – Standards, Quality & Training to lead enterprise-wide project management standards, quality assurance, onboarding, training, governance, lessons learned, peer reviews, and continuous improvement across its construction project management organization. The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in utility, construction, engineering, infrastructure, program management, or related environments, including experience with complex transmission, substation, capital construction, or infrastructure programs. The position requires relocation to Wisconsin and offers a base salary of $171,600 to $200,200 annually, with health care benefits and other rewards.
