OpenText is hiring a Lead Consultant (ECM Solutions) to lead enterprise clients through complex digital transformation initiatives involving OpenText Content Management, Extended ECM, AI-powered solutions, and cloud technologies. The role covers discovery, solution design, implementation, adoption, client advising, workshops, integrations, troubleshooting, deployments, pre-sales support, and mentoring consultants. Candidates must have experience leading complex engagements and delivering enterprise content management solutions, strong technical expertise in Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, REST APIs, XML, JSON, and enterprise integrations, experience with cloud and hybrid environments and AI technologies, and professional fluency in German and English. The minimum gross salary is €5,000 per month.
