3Cloud is hiring a full-time Lead Quality Engineer to lead testing activities for assigned clients in a technical, client-facing role focused on Azure and AI systems. The position covers test planning, manual and automated testing, defect triage, test data and infrastructure, machine learning and LLM evaluation, quality standards, and mentoring junior team members. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, extensive QA and quality engineering experience, automation and programming skills, and experience with data pipelines and cloud platforms. The role is remote in the Philippines and does not offer work visa sponsorship.
