Orange Business is hiring a Lead Consultant – Security SME to provide Tier-2 network security support across multiple customers. The role owns architecture design, initial configuration, ongoing management, troubleshooting, risk assessments, proactive maintenance, and 24x7 production support for firewall, VPN, IPS, proxy, and related security infrastructure. It also serves as a primary interface with external clients, mentors L1/L2 teams, and requires strong ITIL, documentation, and communication skills. The position offers a hybrid work environment and lists several industry certifications, with VMware VCP – Network Function Virtualization and ITIL Intermediate Level certification as mandatory.
