The role leads cross-functional engineering and planning teams, reviews traffic designs and plans, performs capacity and signal analyses, prepares technical reports, coordinates with clients and regulatory agencies, and manages project budgets and schedules. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline, 7 to 10 years of relevant post-education experience, and extensive traffic engineering, design, construction, estimating, and regulatory knowledge. The New York/New Jersey metropolitan area is the stated work location, and the expected salary is $122,700 to $175,230.
