Description
The Lead Continuous Improvement Analyst will lead enterprise-wide productivity, efficiency, and process improvement initiatives, partnering with executives and department leaders to prioritize and deliver high-impact work. The role covers enterprise improvement strategy, complex cross-functional initiative leadership, value realization, Lean Six Sigma and operational excellence advisory, and coaching of improvement practitioners. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7–9 years of experience, along with IASSC Lean Six Sigma certification.
