Entegris is hiring a Lead, Continuous Improvement for its Decatur, Texas facility. The role leads projects that improve chemical purification process yield, reduce variation, enhance process control, eliminate waste, and drive cost savings. Responsibilities include yield monitoring, statistical process control, root-cause analysis, project management, cross-functional collaboration, and reporting to senior management. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering, at least eight years of process or lead engineering experience, SPC and yield-monitoring experience, strong analytical and leadership skills, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
