Description
Chromalloy Orangeburg is hiring a Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) Analyst to build a site-wide continuous improvement culture, partner with leadership on priorities and objectives, establish KPIs and project goals, lead improvement initiatives, manage change, facilitate Kaizen and other improvement events, audit CI standards, and eliminate process waste. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a CI-related discipline, operational excellence training or certification, and at least three years of experience leading manufacturing or business organizations in operational excellence deployment, along with demonstrated Lean and Six Sigma expertise and strong leadership and influence skills.
