L3Harris is hiring a Contracts Lead in Orlando, Florida, to independently administer large and complex government prime contracts. The role includes RFP analysis, proposal development, contract alignment with policies and legal requirements, contract administration, customer liaison work, performance and cost evaluation, recordkeeping, and advising management on contractual rights and obligations. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and at least nine years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree and seven years, or thirteen years without a degree, and must be able to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
