L3Harris is hiring a Lead, Contracts professional to manage large and complex government contracts with minimal oversight. The role covers RFP analysis, proposal development, contract negotiations, contract administration, customer liaison activities, performance and delivery evaluation, change management, and protection of contractual rights. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least nine years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree and seven years, or no degree and thirteen years. The position is based in Melbourne, Florida or Herndon, Virginia, follows a 9/80 schedule, and requires FAA Public Trust and U.S. Government TS/SCI clearances.
