L3Harris is hiring a Lead, Contracts Manager for its Microelectronics Division within the Intel & Cyber Sector in Palm Bay, Florida. The role leads contract strategy and execution for quantum, photonics, and microelectronics technologies; negotiates pricing, terms, and conditions; advises management on contractual rights and obligations; drafts and reviews agreements; partners with legal counsel on intellectual property; and works with business, program, and functional teams. The position follows a 9/80 schedule and requires a bachelor’s degree with at least nine years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with at least seven years of related experience, or thirteen years of related experience without a degree. Knowledge of licensing, ITAR/EAR, intellectual property, cost and price estimating, and the ability to obtain a security clearance are preferred or required.
