PMD is hiring a Lead Controls Engineer for an on-site role in Victor, New York. The position leads custom automation projects from controls architecture and hardware design through programming, commissioning, testing, and customer-site acceptance. Responsibilities include developing control schematics, I/O and network designs, custom PLC and HMI programs, robot and vision integration, safety and fluid-power systems, and training or directing less senior engineers. The role requires a BS in a related engineering field or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of experience, and expertise in controls hardware design and programming across multiple automation technologies.
