Description
SSA Group is hiring a Lead Cook to support back-of-house and line preparation and daily food-service operations at cultural-attraction hospitality locations. Reporting to kitchen managers and chefs, the role prepares food, maintains food safety and quality standards, supports guest service, handles inventory quantities and prep lists, responds to operational issues, and helps maintain a clean, safe, organized kitchen. Kitchen experience is required, leadership experience is preferred, and the role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, extended standing, and lifting boxes weighing 10–35 pounds.
