Cedarbrook Lodge is hiring a Lead Cook for its Copperleaf Restaurant & Bar, with a daytime focus on brunch service. The role prepares and presents food, supervises line cooks, maintains kitchen standards, handles customer requests, manages inventory and receiving, and oversees opening and closing procedures. Candidates need at least five years of industry experience, including two years as a lead cook, along with food-safety, knife, sauce, butchery, equipment, and banquet skills.
