Description
The Culinary Associate prepares and cooks food according to recipes, quality, presentation, and food-preparation standards; prepares cold foods; regulates cooking equipment; maintains food logs; monitors food quality and quantity; and communicates specials, out-of-stock items, and assistance needs to management and food-and-beverage staff. The role also supports hiring, training, scheduling, employee evaluation, and coaching, while following safety, security, confidentiality, and company policies. The posting prefers a technical, trade, or vocational school degree and at least three years of related work experience, with no supervisory experience or license or certification required.
