Description
The Camp Erdman Food Service Worker prepares, serves, and cleans up meals for Camp Erdman programs under the supervision of a Food Service Director and shift manager. The role also washes dishes and maintains kitchen, equipment, and dining hall sanitation standards. It pays $18.50–$20.25 per hour, varies in hours, and may require up to 30 hours per week. A valid driver's license is required, while food-service knowledge, cook or institutional food-service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and an approved Hawaii Food Handler course are preferred. The position does not include housing and requires YMCA background screening and child-protection training.
