THE FORUM is recruiting a hospitality-focused Lead Cook for its Community Culinary Services Department. The role performs full-scope hands-on production cooking, supervises cooks and dishwashers, supports menu development and kitchen operations, maintains food safety and cleanliness, and may direct the kitchen in the absence of senior chefs. The position pays $28.21–$35.69 per hour with a $2.00 weekend shift differential, requires an AM shift and weekend and holiday availability, and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
