The Lead Cook prepares and cooks meals for senior residents in an independent living community, maintains quality and dietary standards, supports special events, and leads kitchen staff during assigned shifts. The role requires at least two years of cooking experience and two years of kitchen management experience, with preferred experience in long-term care, culinary education, and supervisory work. The position is based in Bradenton, runs from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., and starts at $22.00 per hour.
