WSP is hiring a Lead Proposal Coordinator for its Strategic Growth Team, US, to own the end-to-end lifecycle of proposals for United States pursuits. The role coordinates technical, business, graphics, and support functions; develops and refines proposal content; ensures RFP/RFQ compliance; manages proposal knowledge assets; escalates risks; supports US and GCC collaboration; and drives process improvement and quality oversight. The position is based in the Noida or Bengaluru office and requires a bachelor’s degree, 7 to 10 years of proposal development and coordination experience, strong writing and stakeholder-management skills, and proficiency with MS Office, Adobe InDesign, and SharePoint.
