HelloFresh Group is hiring a full-time Lead Copywriter for its Creative Studio in Berlin or Warsaw. The role owns high-quality copy across the full marketing funnel and major channels, with a focus on mid-funnel paid social, while also advising local teams, shaping tone and messaging guidelines, interpreting performance data, and building AI-assisted creative workflows using Claude and Gemini. Candidates need a relevant BS/MS, at least 8 years of copywriting or communications experience, strong English-language digital copy experience, and experience using LLMs in a creative process.
