L3Harris is hiring a Lead, Corporate Strategy professional for an on-site role in Melbourne, Florida. The position supports the company’s strategic planning and annual joint strategic planning process, develops growth plans and commercial consulting deliverables, conducts research and analysis, supports M&A due diligence, and manages strategy and technology projects. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in economics, engineering, or a related quantitative field with 9 years of prior experience, or a graduate degree with 7 years of prior experience; a degree may be substituted with 13 years of related experience. Preferred qualifications include aerospace and defense experience, strong analytical and communication skills, project management ability, and advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. The schedule is 9 out of every 14 days totaling 80 hours, with every other Friday off, and travel may be up to 20%.
