Jasara Program Management Company is hiring a Lead Cost Engineer to oversee portfolio-level cost performance for major infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia. The role owns cost reporting and control cycles, budgets, forecasts, accruals, commitments, cash flow, reconciliations, closeout activities, claims and settlements, and senior stakeholder reporting across complex, high-value programs. It requires a relevant bachelor's degree, 20+ years of project controls and cost management experience including 10+ years on major Saudi Arabian or GCC projects, proficiency in SAP, Oracle Unifier, Excel, and reporting tools, and professional English.
