Description
The role supervises primary counselors and the activities manager while providing youth and family assessments, counseling, treatment planning, case management, crisis intervention, court reporting, program development, training, and oversight of volunteers and contractors. It requires a master’s degree in a counseling, social work, psychology, or related field, a valid LISW or LPCC, at least five years of relevant experience, computer and communication skills, and the ability to work irregular and rotating shifts, including on-call coverage.
