Cal State East Bay is hiring a Lead CRM Software Developer (Software Developer IV) to provide technical leadership for CRM application development, deployment, optimization, production support, integration, testing, and release management across California State University East Bay and its partner universities. The role leads a team of developers and application administrators, coordinates complex CRM initiatives, advises stakeholders on technical solutions, and maintains development standards and documentation. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, five years of relevant experience, and expert knowledge of software development methodologies, programming languages, standards, and complex system integration or migration projects. The position offers a starting salary of $8,231 to $10,647 per month and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
