Description
The Lead Custodial Technician provides operational oversight of environmental services and custodial operations for Saginaw County Community Mental Health Authority and its satellite locations. The role includes training and assigning custodial staff, maintaining records and supplies, performing cleaning and light maintenance, driving agency vehicles, coordinating deliveries and vendors, supporting building security, and providing after-hours on-call coverage. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent with industrial arts courses, five years of custodial experience in a business or healthcare setting, a valid Michigan chauffeur’s license, and the ability to perform heavy physical labor and work in all weather conditions.
