Description
CW Resources is hiring a Lead Custodian to perform daily janitorial and custodial work while also coaching and supporting a team of adults with disabilities. The role includes cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, floors, windows, and other areas; operating commercial cleaning equipment; maintaining supplies and building security; reporting maintenance issues; and teaching staff proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and workplace skills. The position requires at least two years of hands-on janitorial experience, commercial cleaning equipment experience, a valid driver’s license and Real ID, and the ability to obtain government base access. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with medical and dental insurance, vision, retirement benefits, paid leave, and other benefits.
