Description
The Custodial Supervisor leads the day-to-day custodial operation for an assigned campus, directing and scheduling a small custodial team while performing cleaning and sanitation work. Responsibilities include assigning work, maintaining quality and safety standards, planning cleaning routes and coverage, managing work orders and supplies, coordinating with facilities and vendors, and conducting inspections. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of custodial or janitorial experience including one year in a lead or supervisory role, commercial cleaning knowledge, basic Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
