Koniag Professional Services is hiring a Lead Custodian to supervise and coordinate custodial staff, oversee routine and specialized cleaning, manage supplies and schedules, inspect work, communicate with staff and other departments, ensure compliance with federal cleaning protocols, and report maintenance or safety issues. The role requires U.S. citizenship, a high school diploma or GED, heavy-duty cleaning ability, custodial and floor-care experience, project-management experience, the ability to lift 50 pounds, strong communication skills, and an Advanced Custodial Technical Certification from the Cleaning Management Institute.
