Description
The Custodial Lead oversees the cleanliness and sanitation of assigned YMCA branches, directs and supervises part-time custodial staff, schedules and reviews custodial work, maintains supplies and equipment, handles complaints, and supports special-event and building-rental cleanup. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of cleaning experience preferred, and certifications including CPR/AED, child abuse prevention, and blood-borne pathogens. It is a part-time position working Monday through Friday and some weekends, with a wage of $16 per hour and YMCA membership and program discounts for employees and their families.
