Description
The Custodial Supervisor leads, inspects, schedules, and trains custodial staff and students, performs custodial duties, maintains records, and supports the district’s inclusive workplace culture. The role reports to the Custodial Supervisor, requires three years of increasingly responsible custodial experience, physical stamina and heavy lifting, and a valid California Motor Vehicle Operator's License. Candidates must demonstrate cultural competency and sensitivity to the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, ability, and ethnic backgrounds of community college students, staff, and the community.
