MISUMI Americas is hiring a Lead Customer Program Manager to lead and develop a team of Customer Program Managers responsible for end-to-end customer programs and projects. The role combines customer success, project and program management, and manufacturing expertise, including team leadership, program oversight, escalation resolution, customer relationship management, supply chain and operations support, and cross-functional collaboration. The position reports to the Manager of Customer Program Management and follows a hybrid schedule with office work Monday through Wednesday and remote work Thursday and Friday.
