Description
DHL is hiring a Lead Customs Entry Writer to obtain clearance information from customers, coordinate with origin, destination, brokers, customer service, clearance production, and compliance teams, and enter shipment data into DHL systems. The role processes inbound freight for U.S. Customs clearance, resolves clearance delays, reviews shipping documents for federal compliance, communicates shipment status, and maintains customer master files. A high school diploma or equivalent, senior-level service, production, or support experience, and at least one year of customer service or import experience are required; Microsoft Office, data entry, customer service, and import knowledge are also relevant.
