Digital Asset is hiring a CX Solution Design Lead to guide a focused team of CX consultants and solution designers while directly contributing to client Canton Network implementations. The role combines people management, client advisory, business analysis, functional requirements, workshops, research, project and Agile governance, and client relationship management. Candidates need extensive product or application development management experience, direct people management experience, Agile expertise, fintech and blockchain knowledge, financial services or capital markets experience, and a BS or MS in Computer Science. The position offers a hybrid work model and a base salary of $200,000–$250,000 USD.
