Description
K2United is hiring a senior security engineer to lead SIEM, enterprise monitoring, detection engineering, telemetry validation, and security configuration baselines for a client. The role owns monitoring platform health, data source onboarding, alert tuning, false-positive reduction, documentation, and oversight of security engineering staff and monitoring architecture. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least eight years of security engineering experience including three years leading SIEM administration and detection engineering, hands-on Splunk and Microsoft Defender experience, and relevant certifications.
